  4. 50% deposit confirms the booking
  5. Final headcount 72 hours before function day
  6. Bill to be settled after the function on the day
  7. Any reduction thereafter will incur cancellation charges
  8. No refunds within 48 hours of arrival
  9. No under 18’s allowed in smoking areas
  10. Bills are done per table – no split bills
  11. 10% service fee (waiter gratuity) added to all function bills
